Stainless Steel Appliances

Ask:
I just got new appliances...all of them stainless steel...and I HATE them...they never look good...smudges everywhere....anyone have any advice????
Answer:

When we got our new stuff dh wanted the stainless steel but me being a cheapy said no and got all white. That and the fact that I don't think you can ever keep the smudges off! They would have looked alot better in our kitchen but I have a hard enough time with the dgd putting finger prints on everything!

just regular pledge?? how often do you clean them?
Answer:

Windex works to clean them, too....I'm sure that to keep up with the "love" prints and smudges here I'd have to do it 10 times a day. I'm glad we've got white.

My MIL has all stainless and they're gorgeous. She just wipes them wth these stainless steel wipes and they look great...easy peasy.
Answer:

We use Cerama Bryte Stainless Steel polish and conditioner on our dishwasher (The only stainless appliance thus far) and it works fantastic, It cleans and polishes and has mineral oil in it to help against new fingerprints (and it does work!) . I also use cerama bryte (same company, different cleaner) for the cook top stove...nothing works better IMO!
