Moms with 3 or more kids - what do you drive?

Ask:
I am car shopping and feeling a little guilty about buying another gas-guzzler, but it just isn't possible for us to live with a small car. What does everyone else do and, if you are using a regular car - how do you do it???
Answer:

We have the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan and I love it! I've heard the older models have transmission problems, but so I've had mine for 3 years with no problems. I love it b/c of the stow and go under the seats. I got mine fully loaded and it was still over 12,000 cheaper than the chrysler town and country, just doesn't have the wood grain trim. I test drove alot of vans (including the popular sienna and honda) and I felt it was the smoothest/easiest ride. Why don't you just go test driving to see what you like? I love the pacifica, when they are out of car seats I want that one!
Answer:

I have a 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan and I love it!
Answer:

I drive a Honda Odyssey. We had a Saturn VUE and it was alright, but we just couldn't fit 3 car seats in it to save our lives! We didn't have any choice but to get a minivan. But, we really like it and we even took a road trip to MN, over 17 hours with 7 people in the van! 3 car seats and 4 adults and no one complained about having no room.
Answer:

We have a 1996 GMC Safari Minivan and we LOVE it! We get 400 miles on a tank of gas, and recently, we removed our middle seat so we would have more room for luggage because we were on vacation and I am considering leaving it out. All three kids fit into the back seat (including two carseats!), and it leaves room for groceries, etc. We always have the option of putting it back in. It takes seconds to do so. Plus, it's a GMC, so parts are easy to find and cheap. Our only repair since we purchased a year ago was the radiator, and we knew it had a leak when we bought it (for $2800). The radiator was around $150. I love it!
Answer:

I'm similar to Stacia and drive a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan and love it. We bought it new and no problems so far. We have four children and the stow and go seats are wonderful.
Answer:

When mine were younger, we drove a taurus(?) stationwagon. It was nice because it had a 3rd seat and I could separate the kids...one in front, one in the middle, and one in the back ( I don't think I would ever do that now!) too much traffic here now.Anyway, I loved it! I really didn't care for the minivans then. But they've come a long way! I would definately drive one now! Much better than the SUV's in my opinion. Oh! and no, I didn't have the one in the car seat in the 3rd seat!
But I did have 2 in car seats at the same time when I was driving a VW Rabbit. That was a pain!
Answer:

We went through the same thing when dd#3 was born. We could not get all 3 car seats to fit in the back for the life of us! We had a booster, infant carrier and front facing one. I drove a Kia Spectra. I even went to the fire department where my dh works when they had car safety day and they told me that I could not drive that way because it was not safe! We ended up going used car shopping and found a 1998 Dodge Caravan for really cheap...and they even gave us a discount for dh being a firefighter Anyway we love it! ANd have no problems with it and it has 162,000 miles on it. (knocking on wood)
Answer:

I have a 2002 Ford Windstar that I hate, but I would not trade a van for anything. We are looking at the new Kia minivan that is so safe. As long as I have 3 in either car seats or boosters, I will be driving a minivan.
Answer:

I have a Chevrolet Astro van that seats 8, and I have 4 in car seats.
