to start Kid Cleaning Challenges at home
On Friday I created challenges involving my kids, cooperation and small "get to" items as prizes (they "get to" help me make cookies, they "get to" pick what's for dinner, they "get to" scrapbook and use MY stuff! ).
I assigned a time limit for each room, gave each one of us a duty, and set the timer. If we all cooperated and got the room clean in the time allowed they won. We rocked out to the radio and got the entire house cleaned (picked up, dusted and vacuumed) in about 1hr & 15 minutes. It was so much fun.

That is too cool! I will have to remember that! My kids always ask for the same "get to's"....so that is a GREAT idea!
