I just got an apple slicer off of ebay. Does anyone have any good recipes to use with it ? I've wanted one for so long, and I've finally got one pretty cheap off ebay, but I don't remember any of the recipes that used it.

My girls love it when I use it to make them apple slinkys. Neither of them like the peel on the apple and if I just cut the apple normal with the skin on, they eat their apple like a watermelon wedge leaviing the skin.
I like to make Apple cinnamon pancakes. Make a batch of pancakes and add cinnamon. Use the slicer for the apples. Cut down one side of the apple so they are rings. Place an apple ring in the frying pan and put your pancake batter over it.

All we do with ours is make "apple dippers" (like McDonalds) we dip the chopped apples into the carmel and my kids love it!
