Another diaper question, any complaints about Pampers

Ask:
baby dry diapers? I loved them before they were so flexable and stretchy. I'm not talking about he Cruisers though. They seem to have changed the baby dry ones and they stretch too much on Connor. We've had quit a few explosions with these. Huggies never worked on my older ds but I may need to try them on the little guy. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed a difference.
Answer:

I have never liked pampers- though I did just try pampers cruisers on my 2 year old and liked them. I have always been a huggies fan! Someone gave me pampers in size 2 for my almost 4 month old and I can not wait for him to get thru that package of them I hate them!
Though it is just a perference- my bff loves pampers and hates huggies- we always tell each other we can not believe that the others uses the brand we hate

I also buy the generic sams club and costco brand diapers and have to say I have no problems with them- though I try just to use the cheap brands during the day and the name brand diapers for nighttime.
Good luck in your serach for the best diaper for you and your ds
Answer:

I've used Pampers Baby Dry since dd grew out of the Swaddlers (which I loved). You are right - they recently changed them, and it seems that they also started using less material in the diaper. The closing area velcro is smaller, yet not "sticky" enough, and the diaper keeps getting undone on my chubbawubba. Therefore, I'm in the middle of switching. I used Huggies Supremes w/ds, and liked them except that the tabs would tear off, which we've all told the company about - no improvement. I'm using all three right now (Dries, Cruisers, and Supremes), but I'll probably stick with the Supremes. Except now they leak up her back at night. You would think they would come up with a good diaper.
Answer:

I've never liked the pampers baby dry. I love the cruisers though, that is what we use!
Answer:

I also love Pampers cruisers - they are all I use. I really think it has to do with the shape of your little baby's booty.

I have used Huggies, and never liked them. I sometimes use Luvs at my parents (it's all they sell in her bitty-town other than generic) and hate them - I waste a ton because of the tabs ripping off so easy and no flexibility like with the Pampers.
Answer:

can't stand baby dry but swear by the cruisers!
Answer:

Only use the name brands if they are on Clearance!! Except that we use the Huggies Overnights at night. Otherwise, its Target, Sams or toys-r-us.
Answer:

Try the baby dry that say FLEX on the package, they are pretty new and I LOVE them just like cruisers.
Answer:

The ones that say flex on the pkg are the ones we are having the problems with! I don't know what it is, maybe because he is still just this tiny little thing but they flex and stretch a bit too much on him. Maybe I'll try going down a size to a 4 on him and see if that helps.
