We take leftover baked chicken and throw it in a pot or crockpot with a bottle of bbq sauce and after a while it shreds and heats up and we make sandwiches with it.

pulled pork sandwiches should use up quite a bit...at least a whole bottle.

My ex made an awesome dish in the skillet of bbq beef tips served over rice. It used at least a bottle or two to make it right. No idea how to make it but I know it simmered a couple of hours and was just heavenly. (The only thing I miss about him is his cooking!)

Also in meatloaf, on chicken- it can be used with just about anything. Also think of it as a marniade sauce.
