I broke down and went to Target this morning to buy dish washer detergent, only because that was the closest place to my work. Well our Target built a new Target which will open Oct 5 and they have been clearancing things out for the last month. But I['m trying to be very budget wise so I went straight back to get laundry detergent, looked at the the back to school stuff (Which buy the way went 50% off) and head to the checkout. As I passed by the food section I looked and all the food and candy was 50% off. So I stopped to see what was left. Picked up big cans of coffe for $2.82 & $2.40, cereal for .84 & 1.22. Peanuts for .99 popcorn for .84. Enough candy for Halloween (it's getting hidden in the trunk of my car) and a bunch of other stuff. I also dug out the few coupons I had in my purse. I'm happy to say I got like $110 worth of groceries for $50. My husbands gonna be pissed cause I spent so much but it's all stuff we use nothing extra.
