Ask:
Marcus started Prechool on Sept 6th. He goes M,W,F half days. Well this morning we got a call from the director asking if we noticed that Marcus' eye was red before he got dropped off. Uhh, NO. Well his right eye is red and puffy. So, off we go to pick him up incase it is pink eye. She welcomed us to "Preschool". Now we have a doctor's apt at 11:45 AM with the on-call physician.
Leave it to my kids to pick up everything under the sun! Literally - they catch everything - even out of season. I wish there was a way to protect them from this stuff. I remember only getting pink eye once when I was in 5th or 6th grade. I had strep when I was in Jr. High and now he has had both by the age of 4.
Great start to a long weekend.

Hey...did he give this to ME?!?!?! LOL Or...maybe I gave it to him?!?! Either way, we BOTH have it...and it STINKS! You tell him that I am thinking of him...cause it is no fun having pink eye!

Funny thing is, nothing ever slows him down. He is still active. Thanks for the thoughts. I just hope the baby doesn't catch it. He is such a wiggle worm I don't know how I would put drops in his eyes!
Answer:
Good luck with the doctor...and getting those eye drops in
Answer:
Yeah, my DS had pinkeye last spring, good luck with the eyedrops, my ds HATED them, but got to the point of understanding that they will make him feel better so he would let me do it!!
My dad calls my ds's preschool, the "germ factory" lol!!
