Answer:

block of cheese I've done and it was fine, I let it defrost in the fridge might get sticky if you just let it sit out on the counter

-squash ----cooked: acorn, butternut, hubbard just fine
-can't believe it's not butter -type products ----I don't think so
-blocks of cheese ----hard cheeses do best (parmesan, romano). Cheddar - better to grate first & then use as you need
-grapes ----inject w/ alcohol & freeze. Eat frozen whether they are boozed up or not. You don't eat them thawed.
-celery ---I imagine this would be very disgusting
-cottage cheese ----I have no idea. Might change consistency? Get a small one & see.
-tortillas ---yes.

thanks

hope that helps.

Answer:

Real potatoes are yucky after frozen. You can freeze celery but you have to blanch it and you can only use it to cook with.

I love frozen grapes!

No on the sour cream.
Answer:

I have frozen sour cream with no problems, it separates a little as it thaws, but just give it a stir and it's good to go...now I have only used it in recipes after freezing, I don't think it would be as good to put on tacos or a baked potato or such, but it's been fine for me in recipes. Love frozen grapes, but never had them boozed up...will have to try that!
