I did call Whirlpool about all the problems I was having anf they were no help at all. The na few months after had bought the set I found out that Whilpool actually had a class action lawsuit against them for the Calypso but we didn't qualify because we didn't have to replace parts in a certain time frame and some other reasons. We are just stuck with these pieces of crap.
