I plan 2 weeks worth of supper menus and do my grocery shopping on the Friday that my dh gets paid. It has worked pretty well so far. I seem to spend less money this way.
Answer:
I go once a week to buy what's on sale and fresh produce and milk. Doesn't take me too long in the store anymore unless I have lots of good coupons to pair with good sales.

Once a month for a big trip, weekly for any good sale items and milk, bread, chocolate fix....
Answer:
I do a little bit of them all. First off my husband gets paid bi-weekly so anything that we MUST have is gotten then. Then I watch the weekly sale ads for any good sales and couponing opportunities. Finally, IF i do not have bread and milk in the freezer from my "sales" then I will go about every week for those type of basics.
Answer:
I usually stock up a ton of stuff and then we eat off of it till its low, then I go back again.
