Funny - I came here to post the exact same thing!! I don't like the new Shaun at all!! I prefer the previous cute-boy-next-door Shaun, not this spooky looking Shaun. I tried to keep an open mind but the more I watch him the more I dislike him!

I remember when they changed Austin...boy did that take a long time to get use to! Although I will say this Austin acts much better than when he first started on the show!

I LOVED the original Austin...funny story though..Austin Peck (who currently plays Austin) his Dad lived (Don't know if he still does) in Princeton NJ, my 1st FIL was really good friends with him and invited us (me and ex) to a Chrsitmas party,at his Dad's (I think it was around 95 or 96), and Austin Peck was there. He was just starting as Austin on Days, and as I've been watching since I was in a cradle, I'm a big fan. He is so HANDSOME and honestly, one of the nices guys I have ever met! He takes critsism very well too ......

Yeah, I'm not too fond of the new Shawn either, but I did get used to the new Belle. I guess I like it better when they go away for a while (like Billie did) and then come back with a different actor playing them. It seems to make it easier to get used to them.
Stephanie is still not my favorite, but I'd rather see her or Abby with Max than freaky Chelsea, when is she gonna disappear??!!! lol!!
