Best Wishes!!!!!!!
We were foster parents for about 6 months. We went from no children to 3 with the oldest child being 3. Three months after getting the children we found out after 5 1/2 years of trying we were going to be parents. The hardest decision of our lives were to let them go to another home. There were issues with these children and we couldn't give them the attention they needed once our child arrived. Plus the oldest would have turned 4 just one month before our child was due (that would have been 4 children with the oldest being 4). But we seen the oldest out this past weekend and it just reminded how much of an impact we must have had on him by the way he acted. Just be prepared...you have to be prepared for anything. But don't get me wrong it's a wonderful thing. My husband was actually a foster child that got adopted. It's a great thing for people to do. I wish you the best.
