We are having Salmon cakes with spinach and hominy, I'm hoping to get some time to finally make an apple pie! the shortening for the crust has been in the fridge for two days waiting on me! But since Alaina has learned to crawl up the steps I've been busy!

hot sandwiches. I just make a sandwich and put it in one of those sandwich makers. instant hot sandwich. much easier for dh. monday's I have a 30-45 min window for dinner b4 next kid has dance lesson and mom has choir practice.
