Ask:
I was wondering what you use to freeze the things you cook ahead of time ? Also what kind of food do you do ?
Answer:
I freeze things like, different types of pasta sauce, chili, soups, stews...
I usually make a double batch when I make any of the above things, then I divide it up in gladware containers, label it with date and contents and freeze. I usually use one frozen item from my freezer per week. It's great for when the kids have sport practices or something in the evening, easy quick way to get dinner moving.
Answer:
I also use the Gladware type contatiners to freeze stuff.
I freeze taco meat, sloppy joes, chicken divan, soups, shepards pie. I know that some people fry up ground beef and freeze to dump into casseroles, etc.

Oh definately, bags will work. I've done that before when I didn't have any available gladware containers. You just run hot water over the outside (or let it defrost a little bit) and the contents just slide right out. I don't reuse my plastic bags, but I'm sure you'd be able to clean it.
