Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ask:
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. Stir the soup, rice, water, vegetables and onion poweder in a 12x8 shallow baking dish.
2. Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Top with cheese.

Makes 4 servings.

I'm glad you liked it. I made this again today. Once when I made it, I didn't have any frozen mixed veggies but I had frozen corn with red & green bell peppers. Turned out just great!
