Get more sleep.
Simple... but impossible? Consider the benefits: Get more sleep- you can think more clearly. You have more patience. You can make better decisions more easily. You start off the day feeling ahead, not behind. You have energy to get things done.
And- as an added bonus... a recent study showed that women who sleep 8 or more hours a night BURN MORE CALORIES overall than women who slept less. If that is not motivational, I don't know what is.

I also am a late night poster due to crazy work schedule and baby utilizing any time I have early in evening...but I am going to take the advice and go to bed now...good night all.

On that note I will definitely make it a point to get more shut eye. I like the part about burning more calories. I try to get started early in the day but sometimes my body won't let me. I guess that would be a good November goal especially since the holidays are upon us.

I try and try and still am up. It does seem to be that I am sleeping better lately than previously. Very good tip!
